My dream window display. Cupcakes and Macaroons. I am going to attempt my first batch of Mac's here soon. I have made a lot of meringue cookies but never this style. It should be interesting. I had my first French Mac from the lovely Sucre in New Orleans a couple months ago. What I want to know most is how they make their caramel buttercream. That would be a dream come true.
